From an early age, she was devoted to classical ballet, and during her student days, she became a student of Hanayagi Chiyo, known as the right-hand woman of the Living National Treasure.
She later discovered belly dancing and has been studying under Nourah since her devadasi days.
She runs a belly dance circle in Shinagawa Ward, and in 2014 became an associate instructor at Ruhani Belly Dance Arts.
I want to simply exist there with the music, and embody the saying, "Dance is prayer."
