Propaganda is a bistro cafe and bar in Shimokitazawa that was opened in February 2015 by LD&K, the operator of the original night cafe in Shibuya, Udagawa Cafe.
We offer a wide variety of wines and cocktails, dinner food centered around creative dishes, as well as a cafe and homemade sweets.
